Tape round the widest part of your chest, arms down, and take the size that number lands in on the chart above. Between two sizes, take the smaller one. Sizing up is the most common reason vests like this get sent back.
Will it show under my shirt?
Under a t-shirt, polo or dress shirt, no. The chest seam is flat and the hem sits without a ridge. Under a thin white tee in strong light you may see the neckline, as with any undershirt.
Can I wear it all day?
