How much are the shipping costs?

How quickly will my order be delivered?

If you order on a business day before 11:00 PM, we ship your order the next day. In most cases, you'll receive your package within 4 - 8 days!

Can I track my order?

Yes, as soon as your order has been shipped, you'll receive a Track & Trace code by email that you can use to track your package.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. Send an email to info@belanedia.com to register your return.

What payment methods are available?

I didn't receive an order confirmation. What now?

First check your spam folder. Still nothing? Please contact us at info@belanedia.com — we'll check your order right away.

What should I do if my product arrived damaged?

Please send us an email with photos of the product and the packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
