Return and Cancellation Policy
Not satisfied with your order? We'd like to know how we can improve.
Under EU consumer law, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason. This applies to all products, including sale and discounted items.
Your right to return (14-day cooling-off period)
You may return your order within 14 days of receiving it, and you do not need to give a reason. To use this right, contact us at info@belanedia.com within 14 days of receipt to let us know. You then have a further 14 days to send the product back.
You may open and inspect a product as you would in a shop. If its value is reduced because it has been handled more than necessary to check it, we may deduct an amount for this.
The following cannot be returned:
- Sealed beauty, cosmetic, or hygiene products once they have been opened or unsealed.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect products
This is separate from the return right above. If your product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, contact us at info@belanedia.com with a photo of the issue. We will assess it and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate, at no return cost to you.
How to return
- Contact us. Email info@belanedia.com for the return address. Because we work with different distribution centres, we first need to confirm where to send your package.
- Prepare the package. Pack the product securely, ideally in its original packaging, and include a note with your order number. Use a trackable shipping service, as you are responsible for the package until it reaches us.
- Send it. Drop the package at your nearest post office or parcel point.
Please note: our return address is located in Asia. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, which may be higher for international returns. We recommend a trackable service.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned product (or proof that you have sent it back), we will refund you within 14 days, to your original payment method. We will refund the price of the product and the standard delivery cost of your original order. The cost of returning the product is paid by you and is not refunded.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, contact us at info@belanedia.com as soon as possible.
- If you cancel within 24 hours of placing your order, we will refund you in full, unconditionally.
- After 24 hours, your order may already be in process or shipped. You can still use your 14-day return right above once the product arrives.
